Homefront Founding Partners Circle

The campaign will establish Homefront as a dependable regional support system for vulnerable veteran households across Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia—ready before hurricane impacts, health setbacks, or temporary hardship escalate. With hurricane season already underway, securing funding now allows The Veterans Phalanx to pre-position preparedness supplies, groceries, household essentials, project materials, and qualified services, and to respond quickly when an elderly, disabled, isolated, or recovering veteran has no dependable support system.

Over the first 12 months, the campaign will serve at least 75 unique veteran households, directly benefiting approximately 150 veterans and family members. Planned outcomes include distributing approximately 50 tailored hurricane-preparedness kits, completing at least 40 individualized Homefront assistance responses, and conducting follow-up with every household served.

The campaign will also expand the volunteer, referral, and qualified vendor network needed for consistent regional response. Donors will receive periodic impact updates with clear tracking of households reached, assistance delivered, funds used, and outcomes achieved—inviting major partners to help move Homefront from reactive aid to early, practical intervention.

It also gives us the capacity to respond quickly when an elderly, disabled, isolated, or recovering veteran has no dependable support system.

Waiting limits our ability to prepare households in advance and forces assistance to become reactive. Acting now helps us build a dependable Homefront response network, assemble hurricane-readiness supplies, strengthen vendor and volunteer capacity, and provide practical help when it can prevent a larger emergency.

A successful campaign will move Homefront from case-by-case assistance into a dependable regional support system for veterans and their families.

The Veterans Phalanx will be able to maintain hurricane-preparedness supplies, respond quickly with groceries and household essentials, purchase project materials, coordinate qualified vendor services, and provide follow-up support when a veteran is facing temporary hardship, isolation, disability-related barriers, or recovery needs.

The campaign will also strengthen the volunteer, referral, and vendor network needed to serve veteran households consistently across Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia. Instead of waiting until a manageable problem becomes a crisis, Homefront will have the resources and structure to step in early, address the immediate need, and help the veteran reconnect with longer-term support.

The Veterans Phalanx will track each request, household served, type and value of assistance, service location, referral source, completion status, and follow-up outcome through its program records and CRM. Unique households will be reported separately from total services delivered to avoid double counting.

Donors will receive periodic impact updates summarizing funds used, households served, assistance provided, hurricane-readiness outcomes, emerging needs, and anonymized stories showing how support improved household stability and helped prevent manageable challenges from becoming crises.

Homefront Partner — $5,000–$9,999
Supports hurricane-preparedness supplies, groceries, household essentials, project materials, and qualified services for veteran households.

Household Resilience Partner — $10,000–$24,999
Expands the number of households served while strengthening volunteer coordination, vendor capacity, follow-up, and regional response.

Founding Homefront Partner — $25,000 and above
Helps establish Homefront as a dependable regional support system capable of responding consistently across Northeast Florida and Coastal Georgia.

Recognition may include acknowledgment on The Veterans Phalanx website, social media, campaign materials, annual impact reports, and selected community events. Recognition will be tailored to the donor’s preferences, including the option to remain anonymous, and will never overshadow the dignity of the veterans being served.

Partners will receive regular updates showing households reached, assistance delivered, funds used, and outcomes achieved. Major donors will also have access to organizational leadership, invitations to service projects and community events, and opportunities to see Homefront’s work firsthand.

Our goal is not a one-time transaction. We want to build long-term relationships with donors who believe practical support, early intervention, and consistent follow-up can prevent manageable household challenges from becoming larger crises.
