Shoreline of Wonder Creative Ecosystem

Bring Austin Hill Shaw’s creativity message to more people through curriculum, podcast, and coordinated promotion.

Description

The campaign will convert The Shoreline of Wonder: On Being Creative into a coordinated, multi-platform ecosystem that meets people where they are and reinforces a timely message: creativity is a fundamental part of being human. With a defined campaign window and a ready-to-execute plan, investment now enables Blue Ridge Collaborative to move from a single book and ideas into accessible formats with aligned momentum.

The campaign will deliver a produced video curriculum based on the book, a produced and launched podcast exploring creativity across disciplines, and coordinated publishing support alongside marketing and public relations to strengthen Austin Hill Shaw’s positioning as a long-term thought leader and expand his teaching and consulting reach.

Blue Ridge Collaborative will provide milestone-based stewardship and reporting, documenting completion and launch of the curriculum and podcast and the execution of promotional activities. Major donors can underwrite specific components—curriculum, podcast, publishing support, or marketing/PR—while also supporting project management (about 15%) to ensure focused delivery and accountability.

Why This Moment Matters

This campaign matters now because Blue Ridge Collaborative has an active opportunity to partner with Austin Hill Shaw to expand the reach and impact of a clear, timely message: creativity is not a rare talent, but a fundamental part of being human. With a defined campaign window and a multi-platform plan ready to execute, timely investment enables the work to move from ideas and a single book into accessible formats that can meet people where they are.

If a donor waits, the opportunity to build coordinated momentum across curriculum, podcast, and promotion is delayed—slowing the project’s ability to equip individuals and organizations with practical tools to reconnect with their innate creative capacity and experience greater flow, purpose, and connection in everyday life.

What This Campaign Can Unlock

If this campaign succeeds, Blue Ridge Collaborative will help bring a multi-platform creative ecosystem into existence around Austin Hill Shaw’s work—translating the ideas in The Shoreline of Wonder: On Being Creative into formats designed for broader access and long-term growth as a thought leader.

Specifically, the campaign will unlock a video curriculum based on the book, a launched podcast exploring creativity across disciplines, and strengthened positioning and promotion for Austin’s teaching and consulting practice. Together, these elements extend the project’s core vision: creativity as a vital force for connection, healing, and transformation—not a luxury.

What This Campaign Delivers

The campaign will deliver tangible creative assets and distribution efforts that expand access to Austin Hill Shaw’s ideas: a produced video curriculum based on The Shoreline of Wonder, a produced and launched podcast exploring creativity across disciplines, and coordinated publishing support plus marketing and public relations to promote Austin’s thought leadership and teaching.

Blue Ridge Collaborative will track and report progress through project management oversight and milestone-based deliverables—documenting completion and launch of the curriculum and podcast, and reporting on the execution of promotional and positioning activities supported by campaign funds.

Partnership Opportunity

Partnership in this campaign is a direct investment in producing and distributing a multi-platform strategy that expands the reach of Austin Hill Shaw’s work. Major donors can align their giving with specific components—video curriculum production, podcast production and launch, publishing support, and marketing/public relations—while also strengthening Blue Ridge Collaborative’s ability to manage and deliver the project.

Blue Ridge Collaborative will build a relationship with major partners through clear project stewardship and reporting tied to deliverables, with a portion of funds (about 15%) supporting BRC’s project management to ensure the work is executed with focus and accountability.
