About Horizon Outreach

Horizon Outreach is a Houston-area 501(c)(3) nonprofit (founded 2010) that delivers family-stabilization programs focused on fathers, veterans, homeless prevention, mothers & youth, employment services, and re-entry supports. The organization’s signature Horizon EAGLE Fatherhood Program provides curriculum-based parenting and relationship education and job-readiness pathways; since 2011 the fatherhood program reports serving thousands of fathers and creating career-training opportunities (TWIC, forklift, commercial driving, and similar certifications). In recent years Horizon Outreach has expanded seminar and outreach activity in partnership with local health and veterans’ agencies, and reported annual revenues in the low- to mid-seven-figure range in its most recent fiscal filings (reflecting government grants and program funding), with a reported high percentage of incoming funds directed to program services.
