About Breast Cancer Education Association
The Breast Cancer Education Association (BCEA) is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by survivors in 2001 and based in Roseville, Minnesota. BCEA’s work centers on accessible, evidence-based education, offering an annual statewide conference, a library of webinars (including bilingual offerings), mobile screening events, community outreach, and survivor support resources.
BCEA focuses on reducing disparities in breast health information and care by meeting people where they are—partnering with clinics, health systems, and community organizations to deliver free or low-cost education and screening in high-risk and underserved communities. The organization remains active year-round, running webinars, scholarship opportunities, mobile screening partnerships, and an annual conference that brings clinical experts and survivor voices together.
