Sunmart Animal Rescue Team, Inc. (dba A SMART Rescue) is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) animal rescue founded in 2002 and based in Spring, Texas. The organization operates as a 100% foster-based rescue serving North Harris and Montgomery counties, placing dogs and cats through regular adoption events and its network of volunteer foster homes.
