About NEW YORK DOWNTOWN HOSPITAL CHINESE COMM PARTNSHP FOR HEALTH FDN INC

New York Downtown Hospital Chinese Community Partnership for Health Foundation (CCPH) is a donor-facing nonprofit affiliate supporting NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital’s community outreach to Chinese and other immigrant communities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The foundation funds and organizes bilingual health education, screenings, vaccination clinics, and prevention programs designed to reduce language- and culture-based barriers to care.
