New York Downtown Hospital Chinese Community Partnership for Health Foundation (CCPH) is a donor-facing nonprofit affiliate supporting NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital’s community outreach to Chinese and other immigrant communities in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The foundation funds and organizes bilingual health education, screenings, vaccination clinics, and prevention programs designed to reduce language- and culture-based barriers to care. In recent years CCPH has maintained active programming and partnerships: it celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023, continues to deliver community health workshops and preventive services (including flu clinics, vision and hearing screenings, and colorectal cancer outreach), and is recorded in current nonprofit filings showing sustained philanthropic and investment support that underwrites these programs.
