About OSAGE NATION FOUNDATION
The Osage Nation Foundation is a donor-facing 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that supports the cultural, educational, health, historical and community needs of the Osage Nation and its members. The Foundation operates grants and scholarship programs, sponsors cultural exhibitions and youth programs, and partners with tribal and external organizations to amplify Osage art and heritage. In the last 2–3 years the Foundation has been active in program delivery and public engagement — examples include the Voices From the Drum exhibition (a collaborative project with the Osage Nation Museum), the Wahzhazhe Youth Art Contest, and awarding multi-year scholarships in partnership with Aristocrat Gaming (2025–2026 recipients listed on the Foundation site). These activities demonstrate a continued focus on artist support, youth development and cultural preservation. Governance is board-led with an executive director managing operations; the Foundation maintains a public web presence, publishes its Form 990 filings, and shows multi-year financial capacity (net assets and annual contributions) that enable both small charitable grants and larger program support.
