About BROOMFIELD ROTARY CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC.
The Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation is the 501(c)(3) public charity arm of the Rotary Club of Broomfield (EIN 11-3792261). It is funded by member and community fundraising and awards grants and program support to local and international charitable efforts.
Since becoming tax-exempt in 2007, the Foundation has focused on literacy, youth programs, first-responder assistance, and community grantmaking. In recent years (notably fiscal 2023–2024) the Foundation has increased grantmaking to local nonprofits and expanded its early-childhood literacy outreach.

Increased local grantmaking
During the 2023–2024 fiscal year the Foundation reported funding more than $50,000 in grants to local nonprofits and community programs, expanding support across education, basic needs, and veteran services.
Expanded Imagination Library reach
Expanded Imagination Library enrollment and deliveries in Broomfield to serve several hundred children, strengthening early-literacy access for families.
Sustained first-responder support
Continued operation and funding of the Police & Fire fund and holiday toy programs (Santa Cops), providing emergency assistance and seasonal support to local families in need.
