About A I E S E C U S INC

A I E S E C U S INC (doing business as AIESEC United States) is the U.S. branch of the global, youth-led AIESEC network that connects students and recent graduates with international internships, teaching and volunteer exchanges and employer-hosted talent programs. Its core programs include Global Talent (international internships), Global Teacher, and Global Volunteer (short-term projects tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals). In recent filings AIESEC US reported continued program activity and financial operations: fiscal-year data for 2024 shows revenue and expense levels consistent with an active national program that places and supports participants internationally, and the organization has maintained a program-expense majority (over ~70% of expenses in recent years). The organization continues to operate a national office and maintain partnerships with universities and employers to support placements and J-1 visa sponsorships. AIESEC US has expanded partnerships and program supports in the last 2–3 years to increase academic recognition and employer engagement — for example creating pathways to transfer accredited US university credits for participants and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and university chapters across the country to sustain placement opportunities.
