About BMCC EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER

BMCC Early Childhood Center (ECC) operates as a not-for-profit early childhood program affiliated with Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC). The Center offers licensed child care, classroom-based early education (including participation in NYC 3-K/Pre-K for All), and a range of flexible scheduling options (daytime, evening, weekend and drop-in care) aimed primarily at supporting BMCC student parents. In recent years the ECC has continued active enrollment and program delivery, maintained regular Form 990 filings and multi-source funding, and sustained operations with an annual budget in the low-to-mid seven figures. The Center also runs family engagement, mental health supports, and a Parents Club to support student-parents' retention and success at the college.
