About SPORTS HUMANITARIAN GROUP INC

Sports Humanitarian Group Inc (doing business as Right To Play USA) is the U.S. national office of the international Right To Play movement. The organization raises funds and public awareness in the United States to support play-based education, protection and psychosocial support programs for children in disadvantaged and crisis-affected communities.

Right To Play USA supports implementation partners and country teams that deliver programs focused on inclusive early learning, life skills, gender equality, child protection and emergency response. The U.S. office also stewards donor relations, provides grants and resources to global programs, and publishes annual reports and audited financials as part of its transparency and fundraising work.

Global reach (2023)

Contributed to Right To Play's global 2023 impact in which the movement reached more than five million children and young people across multiple countries through play-based learning and protection programs.

Play to Grow milestone

Supported the Play to Grow program which reached over 12,500 young children in Tanzania and Uganda, improving caregiver–child relationships and school readiness outcomes in program sites.

Emergency response through Children’s Emergency Fund

Activated the Children’s Emergency Fund in 2023 to respond to three humanitarian emergencies, providing safe spaces, psychosocial support and learning recovery for children affected by conflict and displacement.
