THE TRANSITION NETWORK INC

The Transition Network Inc is a national, member-led 501(c)(3) organization serving professional women age 50 and forward who seek connection, learning and purpose as they move into new phases of life. Publicly the organization operates its member platform as "Women's Connection," offering local chapters, small peer groups, workshops, virtual programs and national events to support peer-to-peer mentoring and continuing engagement. In recent years the organization has operated with a small central staff and a volunteer board, maintaining a network of chapters around the U.S. while expanding virtual programming; its most-recent Form 990 filings show stable revenue and growing net assets through fiscal 2023–2024. Programming emphasis is on small-group peer support, skill-building workshops, social and service opportunities, and leadership/volunteer pathways for members.
