Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Inc. is a community-based 501(c)(3) ambulance service founded in the early 1960s that provides primary Basic Life Support (BLS) 911 ambulance coverage for the Village of Dobbs Ferry, New York. The Corps staffs ambulances with New York State certified EMT-Basic personnel, supplements its volunteer corps with paid staffing to maintain continuous coverage, and participates in the Westchester County EMS Mutual Aid Plan.

DFVAC operates an active community-training program offering CPR and basic first-aid classes, a Junior Corps to develop new volunteers, and continuing education for EMTs. In recent years the organization has continued to respond to several hundred emergency calls annually (the Corps reported roughly 700+ calls in both 2022 and 2023) while maintaining equipment and training through a mix of billing recoveries and community donations.

The organization files annual IRS Form 990 returns and maintains an active public web presence and donor-facing donation page, reflecting ongoing operations, recent financial activity, and community outreach initiatives.
