About BRIDGE DALLAS LACROSSE INC

Bridge Lacrosse (legal name: Bridge Dallas Lacrosse Inc) is a registered 501(c)(3) youth-development nonprofit based in Dallas, Texas that uses lacrosse as a vehicle for academic support, enrichment, college- and career-exploration, and leadership development. The organization focuses on serving low- and middle-income communities of color in southern Dallas, West Dallas and Oak Cliff and operates year-round programs that are offered to student-athletes at no cost.

Bridge traces its roots to 2003/2004 and formally reincorporated in 2008; its EIN (16-1671742) has been confirmed in public tax filings and nonprofit registries and matches the organization operating as Bridge Lacrosse Dallas. In recent years Bridge has expanded its footprint (including a 2024 merger that formally brought New Horizons Lacrosse — Austin — into the Bridge family), maintained transparent finances with an annual budget in the roughly $500K–$600K range, and continued free programming plus academic and enrichment services for participating youth.

Programs combine on-field lacrosse instruction with off-field supports — free USA Lacrosse memberships/insurance for players, academic tutoring and test-prep, college visits, outdoor education trips and career-exposure experiences — all designed to increase access and opportunity for students who lack resources in their neighborhoods.
