About Urban Land Conservancy
Urban Land Conservancy is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded to secure and steward land and buildings so communities and mission-driven organizations can remain rooted despite rising real estate costs. ULC uses land acquisition, land banking, community land trust structures, and long-term stewardship to create and preserve permanently affordable real estate.
Since its founding, ULC has invested across the Denver metro area to deliver permanently affordable housing and mission space — including owning or stewarding 50+ properties across 20+ neighborhoods and making possible more than 1,850 affordable homes. Recent activities include advancing The Irving at Mile High Vista (a 102-unit affordable project) and securing land for South Platte Crossing (60 affordable apartments via a community land trust).
