Homeless Not Toothless

Homeless Not Toothless (HNT) is a Los Angeles–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in the early 1990s by Dr. Jay Grossman to deliver free and reduced-cost dental services for veterans, unhoused people, foster youth, and other low-income residents. The organization operates through a network of volunteer dentists, dental students (notably through an externship relationship with the UCLA School of Dentistry), and donated lab services to deliver restorative, preventive, and emergency dental care. HNT reports long-term, measurable impact: since inception it has provided pro bono and subsidized dental treatment valued in the millions and continues to serve thousands of patients each year.
