About El Grupo Vida
El Grupo Vida is a Denver-based Spanish-language nonprofit founded in 1990 that provides training, peer support, community navigation and advocacy for immigrant families who have children, youth or adults with disabilities or special needs.
The organization operates primarily in Spanish and runs regular support groups, workshops (IEPs, transition to adulthood, first aid/CPR), a Leadership Community Academy, a resource center and an annual Spanish-language conference for parents, professionals and self-advocates.
