About MERCY HOUSING MOUNTAIN PLAINS

Mercy Housing Mountain Plains (MHMP) is the Mountain Plains regional office of Mercy Housing, a national nonprofit that develops, finances, owns and operates affordable, service-enriched housing. The region operates dozens of affordable properties across multiple states and provides onsite resident services focused on health, financial stability, education and housing stability. In recent years MHMP has expanded its footprint, delivered new affordable homes, and scaled resident services: the region reports roughly 3,590 affordable homes and more than 5,600 residents served, launched positive rent reporting and expanded financial education across its Colorado communities, and broke ground or advanced multiple development projects including Cranes Landing and Astraea at Loretto Heights.
