About THE CLOUD FOUNDATION
The Cloud Foundation (EIN 20-1740623) is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Ginger Kathrens to protect America’s wild horses and burros, with a particular focus on genetically unique and isolated herds such as the Pryor Mountain mustangs.
TCF conducts on-the-range documentation and monitoring, files legal challenges and administrative comments to influence federal management, and runs public education and fundraising programs (annual galas, summits, sponsorship campaigns) to support humane, science-informed management and keep wild herds living free on public lands.
