About WHOLE CHILD INTERNATIONAL

Whole Child International is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in the Los Angeles area that develops and implements relationship-centered care programs, measurement tools, and policy-level training to improve developmental, social-emotional, and protection outcomes for children in limited-resource settings. Nationwide systems implementation

Designed and scaled a systems‑level program in El Salvador — including a USAID-funded Quality of Care and Protection project — that reached thousands of children and supported improvements across early-childhood centers and residential care settings.

Policy and professional training at scale
