I CAN FLY INTERNATIONAL

I CAN FLY INTERNATIONAL is a Los Angeles–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 20-1941017) founded in 2005 that rescues, educates, and empowers vulnerable children and youth—with a primary focus on girls affected by female genital mutilation, early/forced marriage, child labor and extreme poverty. The organization operates schools, rescue services and outreach projects in Kenya (including the I Can Fly High School, a pre-school, and the Butterfly Project) and runs prevention campaigns, shelter, and legal/medical support for rescued youth.
