About Reuse Alliance Inc

Reuse Alliance is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, based in Sonoma County (Santa Rosa), that supports and advocates for reuse practices—repair, resale, refurbishment, deconstruction, refill, remanufacture, rental, and upcycling—to keep products and materials circulating in local economies.

The organization operates programs including Reuse + Repair Fairs, the Reuse Hub (a local reuse storefront and service center), Reuse Roundtables, and publishing Reuse News; it also leads policy work and workgroups on deconstruction and reuse language for California building codes.

In recent years Reuse Alliance has been active in the Bay Area and Northern California—running repair fairs and community events, convening workgroups and roundtables, partnering with municipal and industry partners (including local solid waste partners) and supporting regional policy and ordinance efforts to increase reuse and deconstruction practices.
