About OSBORNE HEAD AND NECK FOUNDATION
The Osborne Head and Neck Foundation (EIN 20-3348585) is a Los Angeles–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers specialty head and neck (ENT) surgical care, runs international medical missions, and supports education and community health programs. The Foundation operates patient-facing programs including surgical grants, domestic clinical services, and global outreach to communities with limited access to ENT specialists.

In recent years (2023–2025) the Foundation conducted medical missions in Antigua (2023) and Ghana (2025), ran a Guatemala fundraising effort (2022), and advanced a capital campaign to create a permanent community medical center in Los Angeles.
