Rwanda School Project

Rwanda School Project (RSP) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 20-3545455) headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA that supports and operates the Rwamagana Leaders’ School in Rwamagana, Rwanda. The organization builds and sustains campus facilities, funds tuition sponsorships, and partners with local Rwandan leadership to deliver a boarding secondary school program grounded in experiential learning, environmental stewardship, and character development. RSP reports recent, measurable growth: the school welcomed 241 students in the 2023–2024 academic year (107 girls, 134 boys), with roughly 88% of students living on campus, and continues to run graduation cohorts and campus improvements.
