About Contractor Academy
Contractor Academy is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 20-4761441) that operates as an education-focused organization serving the Rocky Mountain A/E/C community. It partners closely with HCC Colorado (formerly Hispanic Contractors of Colorado) and industry organizations to deliver low-cost, practitioner-led training.
Programming in the last 2–3 years has included multi-week technical courses (blueprint reading, estimating, project cost control), bilingual (Spanish) offerings, OSHA-focused safety trainings, and a selective six-month Scaling Program for senior leaders that pairs participants with executive coaches.
Contractor Academy runs recurring cohorts and community events, and maintains partnerships with Front Range Community College, FMI/Vistage-affiliated instructors and regional industry partners to keep tuition affordable and to expand access for small and diverse contractors.
