About Equine Partnership Program
Equine Partnership Program (EPP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the Parker/Centennial, Colorado area that delivers clinician-led mental health services incorporating horses. EPP uses experiential, barn‑based equine‑assisted psychotherapy and related programs to help clients who are resistant to traditional office therapy or who have experienced trauma.
Founded in 2006 by Licensed Professional Counselor Lee Dudley, EPP also rehabilitates and re‑trains horses rescued from neglect or unsuited careers so they can serve as therapy partners. In the past 2–3 years the organization has continued community fundraising and seasonal outreach (including a 2022 Holiday With Horses event and public fundraising events held in 2023) while maintaining sliding‑scale fees, scholarship support and participation in Medicaid billing for eligible counties.

Sustained community fundraising and annual events
In the 2022–2023 period EPP ran multiple community fundraisers and seasonal events (including a 16th‑anniversary fundraiser in Sept 2022 and public events in 2023) to support sliding‑scale care and scholarship programs.
Expanded access through sliding scale, scholarships and Medicaid participation
EPP maintains sliding‑scale fees, offers scholarships to clients with financial need, and has implemented Medicaid billing acceptance for eligible counties to increase access to services.
