Teens to Trails

Founded in 2006, Teens to Trails was established to address the growing disconnect between teenagers and the natural world. Recognizing the benefits of outdoor experiences, the organization began by partnering with local schools to create opportunities for students to engage with nature.

Today, Teens to Trails collaborates with over 30 high schools across Maine, supporting outdoor clubs that offer activities like hiking, kayaking, and camping. The organization provides grants, leadership training, and resources to ensure all students have access to these life-enhancing experiences.
