About SUNRISE COMMUNITY OUTREACH CENTERINC

Sunrise Community Outreach Centerinc (doing business as Sunrise Outreach) is a Los Angeles–based 501(c)(3), founded in 2007, that provides low-cost and no-cost laser tattoo removal, life-skills and pre-employment counseling, case management, and limited court advocacy for formerly incarcerated individuals, people in recovery, victims of domestic violence, and at-risk youth. The organization operates a clinical tattoo-removal program (RevLite SI laser) staffed by licensed medical professionals and offers pre-employment supports such as assistance obtaining identification and DMV guidance, resume and interview preparation, and referrals for legal and therapeutic services.
