Notable achievements

Long-term preservation of Ridgeview Terrace

Developed Ridgeview Terrace in 1968 as a 100-unit HUD-financed affordable housing development and completed refinancing and renovations (including a 2012 refinance and 2013 renovations) to extend the property’s useful life and maintain affordability.

Acquisition and rehabilitation of Jackie Robinson Apartments

Acquired the at-risk Jackie Robinson Apartments in 2002 and completed renovation work that preserved the property as affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents.

Lead partner in Hunters View revitalization

Has served since 2005 as a founding member of the Hunters View Community Partners team (with The John Stewart Company and Devine & Gong) to replace and expand public housing at Hunters View; continued involvement includes development and financing activity related to Phase III in recent years.
