About WRITERS GUILD FOUNDATION

Founded in 1966, the Writers Guild Foundation (WGF) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Los Angeles that preserves and promotes the history and craft of screenwriting. The Foundation operates the Shavelson‑Webb Library and Archive and produces public events, educational programming, and community outreach to support writers at many stages of their careers.
