About Evergreen Rodeo Association
The Evergreen Rodeo Association (ERA) is a volunteer-run, tax‑exempt 501(c)(3) organization based in Evergreen, Colorado that produces the annual PRCA‑sanctioned Evergreen Rodeo each Father’s Day weekend and the associated downtown parade and family activities.
ERA owns and operates the El Pinal Rodeo Grounds, offers the facility for responsible community use, and uses net proceeds from the rodeo and sponsorships to maintain facilities and support local community services and charities.
In recent years the association has seen growing sponsorship and attendance, invested in facility upgrades and enhanced spectator experiences, and continued youth and community programming such as mutton bustin’, royalty programs, stick‑horse events and educational outreach.

Longstanding PRCA‑sanctioned tradition
Operates one of the region’s longest-running small‑town PRCA rodeos, sustained by volunteer leadership and community support for decades.
Ownership and facility improvements
Owns the El Pinal Rodeo Grounds and in recent years has expanded spectator amenities (VIP/deck seating, enhanced scoreboard/display and other upgrades) funded by sponsorship growth.
Post‑pandemic growth and community giving
Since reopening after pandemic restrictions the association has reported rising sponsorship and attendance, enabling increased investment in facilities and continued donations to local emergency services, veterans, senior and equestrian causes.
