Founded in 1969, Meals on Wheels for Fort Collins is an independent, community‑based 501(c)(3) that delivers prepared meals to homebound older adults and eligible adults with disabilities in Fort Collins and nearby communities.
Meals are prepared in partnership with the Poudre Valley Hospital kitchen and delivered by volunteers Monday through Friday; the organization also runs community partnerships and seasonal programs (for example Market Days and emergency Blizzard Boxes) to address food security and social isolation.
