About Edina Athletic Boosters (Edina Athletic Booster Club — EABC)

Edina Athletic Boosters (also known as the Edina Athletic Booster Club or EABC) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization that supports Edina High School athletics. The club partners closely with the EHS Athletic Department to provide fundraising, program support, publications, events, and volunteer coordination for the school’s teams. EABC serves a broad base of student-athletes and families—working with dozens of teams across the district and supporting the school athletic program (the district site lists support for roughly 33 teams and about 1,600 athletes). The organization is governed by by-laws and an elected board and operates donor-facing programs such as booster memberships, a school store, publications and Hall of Fame events. In recent years EABC has maintained active programming and community engagement: it publishes the seasonal Sting Locker magazine, runs an annual Edina Athletic Hall of Fame (inception 1997) and in 2024–2026 expanded programming including a partnership to provide sports psychology/mental-health resources, active membership campaigns, and a calendar of booster-supported events and recognition activities.

Notable achievements

Long-running Hall of Fame

Sting Locker publication

EABC publishes the seasonal Sting Locker magazine (issues published through Winter 2026) to highlight athlete accomplishments, signings, and program news for the Edina community.

Expanded athlete support (mental health partnership)

Beginning in the 2024–2025 cycle EABC partnered with a sports psychology provider to offer education and mental-health resources for coaches, student-athletes and parents, reflecting an expanded focus beyond equipment and events.
