Holland Home (under the organization’s umbrella) announced the Averden of Ada project in 2025, a planned 60+ retirement community intended to expand the organization’s independent- and assisted-living capacity and community offerings.
Campus upgrades and renovations
The organization completed Phase I of substantial upgrades and campus projects at Breton Woods and other facilities in the 2023–2025 period to modernize resident spaces and amenities.
