About DALLAS AREA RAPE CRISIS CENTER

The Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center (DARCC) is an independent, donor-facing nonprofit serving survivors of sexual violence across Dallas County and neighboring areas. The organization operates a 24/7 crisis hotline, provides hospital and law-enforcement accompaniment, legal advocacy, individual and group counseling, and community education. Since its founding in 2010 DARCC has positioned itself as the region’s primary independent rape crisis center, combining direct survivor services with prevention and outreach work. In recent years the agency has expanded services through competitive state grant funding, published annual/impact reports, and continued volunteer advocate training and community education efforts.
