About MANE GAIT (ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship)

ManeGait (doing business as ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship) is a nonprofit therapeutic horsemanship center founded in 2007 and based in McKinney, Texas. The organization provides adaptive riding and equine-assisted therapy programs—including targeted tracks for children, adults, veterans, and neurologic rehabilitation—that combine physical, occupational, speech, and emotional therapy within an equine setting.
