About COLORADO EDUCATION INITIATIVE

The Colorado Education Initiative (CEI) is a statewide nonprofit that serves as an implementation expert, strategic partner, and convener to advance public K–12 education in Colorado. CEI works directly with school and district leaders, educators, the Colorado Department of Education, philanthropy, and community partners to translate policy into practice and support system-level improvement. CEI focuses on leadership development, career-connected learning, social-emotional development, family and community partnership, and emerging priorities such as AI in education. The organization provides consulting, training cohorts, statewide resources, and coordinated initiatives designed to reach districts that serve students furthest from opportunity.
