About Aurora Community Connection Family Resource Center
Aurora Community Connection (ACC) is a nonprofit family resource center serving Aurora and nearby Denver neighborhoods. ACC works to increase access to health, education and wellness through culturally responsive programs and community partnerships.
Founded in 2007 and tax-exempt as a 501(c)(3) (EIN 26-2222571), ACC operates 20+ programs that include health insurance enrollment, quarterly health fairs, early childhood education, after-school tutoring, adult education, and community referrals.
In recent years ACC has reported growing service numbers and continued program expansion, including strong demand for its summer camp and sustained outreach through health fairs and enrollment assistance.
