The DONNA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in Atlantic Beach, Florida, that delivers direct financial assistance, insurance navigation and survivorship resources to people living with breast cancer nationwide. Its signature programs include the DONNA CareLine (insurance and financial advocacy), survivorship and education initiatives, and community fundraising events such as the DONNA Fearless Series races and marathon weekend.
The organization also funds translational breast cancer research — most notably a long-term partnership with Mayo Clinic to build genomics infrastructure and support clinical trials — and reports active program delivery in recent fiscal years. The DONNA CareLine provides free insurance navigation and financial assistance to patients nationwide; in fiscal year 2025 the program delivered direct financial aid and financial services support to patients in need.
Signature events driving community impact
The DONNA Fearless Series (including the marathon weekend) is the Foundation’s primary fundraising and survivorship engagement platform, celebrating tens of thousands of participants and supporters and fueling program and research funding.
