About SOMALI AMERICAN PARENT ASSOCIATION

Somali American Parent Association (SAPA) is a Saint Paul–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works with Somali and East African families to increase parent engagement, strengthen family capacity to navigate K–12 education, and provide culturally responsive youth development programs. SAPA delivers parent-engagement classes, school- and staff-cultural training, out-of-school tutoring and youth mentorship, and community advocacy.
