About GREATER PARKER FOUNDATION
The Greater Parker Foundation (GPF) is the official 501(c)(3) foundation for the Town of Parker, Colorado (EIN 26-3664272), created to provide a tax-exempt vehicle for residents and supporters to donate directly to town programs and capital projects. GPF directs 100% of designated donations to the program chosen by the donor rather than to general town operating expenses.
In the last 2–3 years GPF has actively supported major parks and trail projects and ongoing Parker Arts (PACE Center) programming. Recent and ongoing priorities include fundraising for the Salisbury Regional Park North expansion and partnership support for the PSCO trail project and other Parks & Recreation capital improvements.
Notable achievements
Established official Town foundation
Incorporated as the Town of Parker’s official charitable foundation (established 2008; tax-exempt status since 2009) to centralize philanthropic support for town programs.
Sustained support for PACE Center
Acted as the primary fundraising vehicle for Parker Arts and the PACE Center, helping sustain cultural programming, classes and community outreach since the center’s opening.
Fundraising for major park and trail projects
Provided fundraising and partnership support for recent capital initiatives, including the Salisbury Regional Park North expansion campaign and the PSCO Trail project (active fundraising and implementation across 2023–2025 and into later park phases).
