COLORADO STATE BEEKEEPERS ASSOCIATION

The Colorado State Beekeepers Association (CSBA) is a statewide nonprofit organization (identified publicly as a 501(c)(3) and associated with EIN 26-4486227) that has served Colorado beekeepers since the late 19th century. CSBA functions as an umbrella organization for local and regional clubs, offering education, advocacy, and shared resources across hobbyist, sideline, and commercial apiculture.

CSBA runs multi-level education and certification through its Master Beekeeper program, organizes annual Summer and Winter meetings (including competitions and judged honey shows), operates a statewide swarm-dispatch network, funds small research grants, and maintains committees focused on pesticides, forage, best practices and data collection. In the past 2–3 years the organization has been active in state and federal advocacy, maintained its meeting and training schedule, and continued grant and research support targeted to Colorado bee health and beekeeper training.
