About Michigan CASA, Inc.

Michigan CASA, Inc. is the statewide association that establishes, supports and strengthens local Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs across Michigan. The organization helps recruit, train, supervise and fund local CASA programs so volunteer advocates can represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in family court. In recent years Michigan CASA has expanded its network of local programs and increased its statewide capacity: the organization reports several hundred active CASA volunteers and over a thousand children served through its local affiliates. Michigan CASA also publishes annual reports and files Form 990 returns to document financials and program impact.
