United Family Practice Health Center (legal name) operates as a community-based Federally Qualified Health Center (doing business as Riverland Community Health) in the West 7th neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The organization provides integrated primary medical care, dental care, behavioral/mental health, optometry, midwifery/women's health, on-site lab and x-ray, a 340B pharmacy, and supporting social services on a sliding-fee basis to patients regardless of insurance status.
