About MORE THAN MUSIC INC.
More Than Music, Inc. is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit led by Executive Director Dave LeMieux that creates multimedia musical programs, school assemblies, recordings and international cultural exchanges to foster civic engagement, cross-cultural connection, and biblical literacy.
Their signature school-production, 'At the Table with Dr. King,' uses music, poetry and historical media to teach civil-rights history and inspire student service; the program has been presented in schools and community venues nationwide and, per the organization’s recent fundraising campaign, was on track to reach large numbers of Colorado students in January–February 2025.
More Than Music also produces Blue Gospel Scripts (episodic multimedia presentations of Scripture), records and distributes original music, and runs workshops, instrument-giveaway efforts and cultural-exchange tours as part of their Sound Diplomacy work.
