About MARCUS GRAHAM PROJECT

Marcus Graham Project (MGP) is a Dallas‑headquartered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates execution‑focused bootcamps and talent pipelines for underrepresented early‑career creatives. Founded in 2007 by Lincoln Stephens and Larry Yarrell, MGP uses its iCR8® Methodology—pop‑up agency cohorts working on real brand briefs—to prepare Fellows for immediate industry roles. MGP reports training more than 1,000 Fellows with a documented placement rate of about 96% within six months, and has scaled partnerships with major brands and professional sports organizations. In recent years the organization has expanded infrastructure (Gamma House permanent home base) and secured multi‑year brand commitments while growing revenue and assets as reported on its Form 990 filings (most recent full-year results available through 2023).
