About SHARE HOPE FOUNDATION INC

Share Hope Foundation Inc is a New York–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (tax-exempt since 2010) that operates a combined social-program and ethical-fashion model focused primarily on the Haitian garment sector. The organization runs workplace-based social programs while selling ethically made apparel to generate awareness and support for its programs.

Share Hope partners with factories, international buyers and public-health organizations to deliver worker-centered programming (including life-skills, reproductive and occupational health training) and to improve employment conditions. The organization is active as a licensed implementer of workplace health and empowerment curricula in Haiti and operates programs that bring health services and education directly to factory workers during the workday.

Through partnerships with factory health teams and public-health partners, Share Hope has reported reaching thousands of women with workplace health education and coordinating large-scale screening efforts for breast and cervical health among factory employees.

Contributed to a peer-reviewed model for factory-based cervical screening

Share Hope staff were named collaborators in a published model describing cervical cancer screening and treatment delivered at garment-factory worksites, reflecting the organization’s role in operationalizing workplace health interventions.
