About Friends of Cedarmere, Inc.

Friends of Cedarmere, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Roslyn Harbor, New York, dedicated to preserving and interpreting Cedarmere, the historic 7-acre estate of 19th-century poet and civic leader William Cullen Bryant. The organization supports restoration and maintenance of the house, mill, gardens and grounds, and works with Nassau County and local partners to keep the site accessible for programming and public enjoyment.
