Dan's House of Hope, Inc.

Dan's House of Hope is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) hospitality and support organization serving adolescents and young adults (AYAs) aged 18–39 who travel to the Texas Medical Center for cancer treatment. Located within a few miles of MD Anderson Cancer Center, the organization operates a bed-and-breakfast style hospitality home that provides free temporary lodging, communal meals, psychosocial programming, and transportation support for medical appointments. Founded in 2010 and operating a hospitality house since 2014, DHOH offers turn-key accommodations for up to four families at a time and runs regular AYA-focused programming (restorative yoga, arts, support groups, outings) along with annual fundraising events; it reports thousands of nights of lodging provided to hundreds of young adult cancer fighters since opening and has remained active with multiple fundraising and community events through 2023–2025.
