About Rocky Mountain BEST
Rocky Mountain BEST (RM BEST) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit hub of BEST Robotics, established in 2010 to run a no-cost regional robotics program for middle and high school students in the Rocky Mountain region. The organization supplies identical kit-of-parts to teams, runs teacher/mentor training, and stages a season of events that culminates in a Game Day competition.
In the past 2–3 years RM BEST has continued to host its annual Kickoff/Practice Day/Game Day cycle, supported regionals that feed into the Denver BEST Regional Championship, maintained a free-entry model to remove financial barriers for schools, and remained active in fundraising and community outreach to sustain the program.
